In order to make accomplishments, you don’t have to make huge changes in order to obtain meaningful benefits. Small gestures can help to bring lasting and meaningful direction if they are done consistently and with discipline. The following suggestions can be a starting point for a new perspective on life.

-A day free of judgment (avoid judgment of yourself and others).

-Every night write in a journal three things for which you are thankful.

-Spend 5 minutes a day in quiet time or meditation.

-Read a book which is spiritual or inspirational.

-Do a good deed for another person each day.

-Volunteer to help others in need.
